White-Label Website Building

White label websites for agencies that do not build websites.

Full lifecycle. About two weeks. Mutual NDA on every engagement. Your clients never know we exist.
Quick Answer

SiteWise is a white-label website building partner for marketing agencies. We handle the full lifecycle (onboarding, research, copy, design, development, launch, and maintenance) in about two weeks under a mutual NDA. Your clients never know we exist.

What is included

Nine stages. Nothing subcontracted.

Nine stages, all running at once rather than one after another. You stay with your client. We hand back a launched, ranking site. No phase-by-phase vendor handoffs. No gaps in scope.
  1. 01

    Onboarding

You interview your client using our question list, on a 30 to 45 minute call or as a written questionnaire. You send us the answers, the brand assets, and the domain details. We never contact them.

  2. 02

    Industry Research

Real competitive analysis. We map the actual SERP competitors, the persona pain points, and the structural gaps in their pages. Not a templated audit.

  3. 03

    SEO Research

Real keyword research with Serper data, real intent mapping, real cluster planning. The site architecture is built around the words that convert, not the words that look impressive.

  4. 04

    Copywriting

Conversion copy written page by page against a strategic brief. Brand voice tuned to the client. FAQ copy built for GEO.

  5. 05

    Design

Custom design system built for the client. Type, layout, and motion chosen for this client's brand specifically. We do not ship template skins.

  6. 06

    Development

Production-grade Next.js code. Security, search engine markup, accessibility, and page speed handled at the build phase, not bolted on later.

  7. 07

    Hosting

Deployed to your client's Cloudflare account. They own the infrastructure. We do not lock the site to a SiteWise platform.

  8. 08

    Launch

The domain switch, final QA, getting the new site into Google, and a clean handoff. Everything is presentation-ready for the agency to walk through with the client.

  9. 09

    Maintenance

Ongoing updates, monitoring, and small content edits. Optional SEO and GEO retainer for clients who want continuous growth work.

White label means white label

We never talk to your client.

The mutual NDA covers the work, the relationship, and your client roster. SiteWise will not name your client, your agency, or the engagement in any public channel. We never publish or display a partner build without explicit permission, full stop. The few examples in our portfolio are the exceptions we were cleared to show. If you want work relevant to your niche, reach out and we share builds privately.
Client onboarding runs through a proprietary agent that represents your brand, not ours. It collects the brief, brand assets, and goals, then runs the follow-up cycle to fill any gaps. Once onboarding is complete, all ongoing client communication goes through you. You stay in front of the relationship. We stay invisible by design.
No SiteWise email signatures on client-facing comms. No SiteWise branding on deliverables. No SiteWise metadata in the deployed site. Invisibility is the operational rule, not a courtesy we offer when asked.
How the partnership works

You run the client. We run the build. You review on day 12. We launch on day 14.

Five steps. Each one names what you do and what we do, plainly. No marketing language. No vague "we partner with you" phrasing.
01

Brief

Agency does

Interview your client with our question list. Send us the answers and the assets.

SiteWise does

Confirm scope and page count. Open the project under your name.

02

Research

Agency does

Nothing. The clock is ours from here until day 3.

SiteWise does

Study the service areas, the competitors, and what their sites already rank for.

03

Build

Agency does

Nothing. The two-week window is ours.

SiteWise does

Research, copy, design, dev, schema, and QA, all running at once. No phase-by-phase wait.

04

Review

Agency does

One staged review. Send revisions in a single batch.

SiteWise does

Apply revisions, re-QA, and prep the launch package.

05

Launch

Agency does

Deliver the site to your client under your brand.

SiteWise does

Cut over DNS, monitor launch, hand over keys. Maintenance starts immediately.

What you own

You own everything. We run production.

At project completion, your client owns the code, the domain, the hosting account on Cloudflare, and every asset produced for the site. The code is fully exportable. There is no SiteWise platform lock. If we ever pivot, shut down, or change scope, the site continues to run on infrastructure that belongs to your client.

Revision policy

Unlimited revisions on the homepage you see on day 3. A reasonable revision pass on the full site at the day-12 review. Turnaround on a revision batch is typically two business days.

Anything after launch is handled under management, not counted against the build.

What you are quoting against

Your client is comparing your quote to one of four things.

They are never comparing you to nothing. Know which of these four they have in their head, and price against that one.
What a local service business pays for a website from a template shop, a DIY builder, a traditional agency, or by keeping the site they have, and what each option actually delivers.
What your client is weighingWhat it costs themWhat they actually get
A template or WordPress shop$1,500 to $3,000A theme, some plugins, and their own copy pasted in. Five to eight pages, no research, slow to load, plugin updates that break things on a weekend, and a rebuild in eighteen months.
A DIY AI builderAbout $30 a monthIt looks fine and it has no strategy. No research, no page for each service, no page for each city they serve, and nobody maintaining it. A brochure, not a salesperson.
A traditional agency$10,000 to $15,000, over 6 to 10 weeksComparable quality at roughly twice the price and four times the wait, with your client doing the back and forth themselves.
Doing nothing$0The site they have keeps costing them calls every day it stays up. This is the option you are usually really competing with.
Pricing

Priced by page count, published in full.

Agency pricing is set by page count. Every page-count tier carries a flat per-site price, published on the pricing page, and the per-site number improves once you are building with us regularly.

The matrix is the structure. The exact number for your engagement is confirmed on a 30-minute discovery call once we have your typical page-count and any custom complexity. See the full matrix.

Who this is for

You already have the client. You just do not build websites.

  • SEO agencies

Your retainer is capped by a client site with no page for each service and no page for each city. The build removes the ceiling you have been working under.

  • Paid ads and paid social

You are sending traffic to a page you cannot change. When the numbers dip, the site is the reason and you get the blame.

  • Content and social agencies

You produce for a site nobody maintains. Owning the site turns a content retainer into an account.

  • Branding and design studios

You design it beautifully and then hand it to somebody who ships something else. Now you direct the whole thing and it stays yours.

  • Consultants and fractional CMOs

You recommend the website work and then watch somebody else get paid for it. Recommend yourself instead.

  • MSPs and IT providers

You already hold the domain, the email and the trust. The website is the obvious next line, and it is the one you have been turning down.

In writing

What we commit to, before you put your name on anything.

  • Live in 14 days from complete information

The clock starts when we have the interview answers, the brand assets, and the domain details. Every day either side is late moves launch by a day, and we tell you which day it was.

  • A finished homepage on day 3

Not a wireframe or a mockup. A real homepage you can walk your client through on a call, three days in, with unlimited revisions on it before the rest of the site is built.

  • Unlimited revisions on the homepage, a full pass before launch

Revise the homepage as many times as it takes. When the full site is up on day 12 you get a reasonable revision pass before we launch. Anything after launch is handled under management, not counted against the build.

  • We never contact your client

Not by email, not by phone, not on any channel, at any point, for any reason. You run the interview, you present the work, you relay the feedback. If your client asks who built it, the answer is your production team.

  • Nothing we produce carries our name

No badge in the footer, no credit in the source, no mention in the metadata. Every engagement also runs under a mutual NDA covering the work, the relationship, and your client roster.

  • Your client owns the site once the balance is paid

The code, the content, and the domain are theirs. The site does not depend on us to stay online. If we disappeared tomorrow it keeps serving traffic.

  • It is deployed into an account you control

One Cloudflare account per client, or one for all of your clients, or one in your client's own name. Your call. You hold the keys either way.

  • We will not guarantee rankings, and neither should anyone else

Nobody honest can promise a position on Google or a citation in ChatGPT, because nobody selling SEO controls either. What we guarantee is the input: a page for every service and every service area, code that loads fast, content those systems can read, and a report every month showing what was done and why.

Common questions

Six questions. Six direct answers.

  • A white-label website builder is a partner that designs and develops sites for your agency to resell under your own brand. SiteWise is a done-for-you version of this. We handle research, copy, design, development, launch, and maintenance. Your clients never see our name. You sell the site as your own.

Keep the client. Get back a launched, ranking site.

About two weeks. Mutual NDA. Your clients never know we exist.
