What you do. What we do. Day by day.
You do less than you think.
You
- Interview your client using our question list, once
- Present the homepage on day 3 and the full site on day 12
- Relay feedback to us within two days
- Invoice and collect from your client
- Own the relationship, before and after launch
Us
- Research, sitemap, copy, design and development
- Hosting setup, security and launch
- Everything technical, for as long as the site is managed
- Stay invisible. We never contact your client
Day by day
Four checkpoints, and you always have something to show your client.
Day 0
You send us the interview answers, the brand assets and the domain details. The clock starts when we have all three, which is the only thing that moves the launch date.
Day 3
A finished homepage, not a mockup. You walk your client through it and revise it as many times as it takes. Feedback inside two days holds the launch date.
Day 12
The full site is up for you and your client to review together, with a reasonable revision pass before launch.
Day 14
Live. DNS pointed, analytics and Search Console connected, deployed into a Cloudflare account you control. You collect the balance and management starts.

Every stage produces a real output. Nothing gets skipped.
Brief
You interview your client using our question list: services, service areas, competitors, assets, and who controls the domain. Thirty to forty-five minutes on a call, or send it as a questionnaire and let them answer between jobs.
A complete brief that every downstream stage runs against in parallel.
Research
Industry analysis, competitor breakdowns, and SERP study run against the brief. Keyword strategy and search-intent mapping are produced before a single pixel ships.
A keyword map and competitive landscape report.
Copy
Headlines, body, CTAs, and meta are written against the keyword map and the conversion architecture. Every page has a primary keyword, a secondary cluster, and a structured FAQ.
Final page copy with SEO and GEO baked in.
Design
We design the full look and layout against the brand brief: how each page is organized, what the type looks like, and how the sections flow. Those decisions get made here, not improvised later.
A design system and per-page layout direction.
Dev
We hand code the build and deploy it to your client's Cloudflare account. Security, accessibility, and page speed are part of the build itself, handled while the site is being written.
A fast, secure, production-ready site.
Launch
We connect the domain and set up analytics and Search Console on your client's accounts, along with everything Google needs to find and crawl the site. We run a full checklist against the live site before it goes public.
A live site indexed by Google and AI search.
Maintenance
An optional ongoing SEO and GEO retainer covers new content, ranking monitoring, and structural updates. It is separate from the build, so you only pay for what you use.
Continuous improvement against ranking goals.
One interview with your client. That is the whole ask.

We work fast by running stages at the same time, and we check every stage before it moves on.
We do not skip steps. We run them at the same time.

parallelWe don’t go faster by skipping steps. We go faster because every step runs in parallel.
